Refund & Exchange Policies

Due to the nature of our business, the products we sell, and sanitation reasons; No Refunds or Exchanges are allowed. "All Sales Are Final".

We want to ensure that each customer receives merchandise that has not been previously worn or tried-on. It is too difficult to distinguish once our caps are shipped to a customer's home.

Please be prepared to send photos of the damaged items. Once we investigate the damages; you are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us, within 10 days after you received your merchandise. You should send the item(s) to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
